Summary
Matthews was one of two shooters in an unprovoked gang related shooting in Antioch on 11/10/2021. Matthews fled the scene and has been on the run since the homicide. Matthews has an active NO BAIL arrest warrant for homicide (187 PC) with a gang enhancement. Matthews is also wanted in a string of armed robberies (211 PC) in San Mateo County. Matthews should be considered armed and dangerous.
