Wanted on a 2001 homicide. On June 17, 2001 Victim Marcelino Lopez was walking on the sidewalk at Duane and Almaden. Suspect Heath, jumped out of a vehicle driven by suspect, Valenzuela. Suspect Heath stabbed the victim numerous times. The victim died at the scene.  At the time of the homicide both suspects were validated members of “West Side Mob.” Suspect Valenzuela was arrested and convicted. Suspect Heath was never located and is still wanted for the murder of Victim Lopez.
